It definitely has all hardware for it. I have tested GPS and it works well. For TDOA, GPS must provide PPS input to SX1301. You can see that connection is done with a jumper cable between GPS and gateway board. I think that this will be gateway firmware bug or it lacks this feature.

RE: Correct LoRa Gateway for TDOA?
Positioning using Quectel L70 GPS, Is it feasible?
I recently bough RAK831 lorawan gateway kit. This kit had adapter board with quectel L70 GPS module on it. I have trouble to receive time stamps from GPS, minimum millisecond accuracy is needed for lorawan positioning . So i am wondering, Is it actually feasible, with this module?
Quectel l70 on raspberry pi RAK831 gateway, GPS out of sync
I have bought this RAK831 lorawan kit.I installed things network gateway and packet forwarder, everything works fine, except that in log there is a GPS warning " WARNING: [gps] GPS out of sync, keeping previous time reference". In itself GPS works fine, gets coordinates and altitude correctly, but when i looked in gateway stream it sends data without tmms parameter and At loraserver I get data without timeSinceGPSEpoch value. There is an image of it.
Is something wrong with GPS module or it's configuration problem of the packet forwarder of it's a bug?
Thanks a lot!
