Port number in at+send command

  • Hello, for my application I want to communicate multiple RAK811 modules with a central Multitech gateway. What does the "port" field in the at+send command refers to? Can I use a different module in every port (1-223)? Should I receive from the gateway the confirmation in the same port?

    Thanks!

  • @kennetgo
hi, the port is to define a specific application with your gateway or network server, for example port 2 ,is used to follow a format to send the sensor, battry, gps infos etc. So your can define your application with the same port . and if there is a downlink control data from network server to your device (module), it can also use the same port .
