How to change SF settings
I wont to change the settings for SF from 12 to 7.
No matter what i configure configuration is shown as set but the transmission is always SF12BW125
BTW OTAA join is always SF7BW125?!
Firmware used is RAK811_V1023_RELEASE_868.bin

Base on LoraWAN protocol, join default datarate is DR5(SF7), it can change by AlternateDatarate function. it is mean that after join fail match 8 times, datarate will decrease to DR4(SF8), match 16 to DR3, 24 to DR2, 32 to DR1, 48 to DR0, else all DR5.
Send data is default DR0, it can change with ADR function by gateway.
DR0-DR5 is all the bandwith BW125.
But what to do if I allways want to send data with SF7BW125?
I'm still not able to change the datarate. My Node is connected to TheThingNetwork.
Changing dr parameter has no effect at all.
@aschroeder Hi，Can you use AT command to read the Lora module Device EUI and Application EUI?
In your TTN "Applications" page is showing like the follow picture?
Where you are? what the "Router" you choose in your Gateway page?
@Twenyong Yes reading the Device EUI, App_EUI and so on works fine. Connection to TTN also works. It's just the datarate I can't change
I'm located in Germany, the choosen router is ttn-handler-eu

@junhua Yes, exactly. I want to change the default datarate to SF7BW125 but all tries to change it via at+set_config=dr:x (with different values x) failed.
@aschroeder OK, why set default datarate to high sepeed SF7 (maybe communicate distance limited) ?

I just want to reduce the time on air. The distance is not the problem.
In my first test i couldn't get ADR working.
@aschroeder you can use the commad at+dr=5 (SF7) .
@junhua ok, now i'm back and tested it.
Works great. I was confused because I tried at+set_config=dr:5 which seems to not change anything. But at+dr=5 does.
@aschroeder Yes, we fix the at+set_config=dr:datarate use to change the send default datarate. Module firmware has uprade to V188.8.131.52, you can test it.
