When RAK say on there Boxes IoT made easy, what do they mean? it dose not looks that easy to me. Than again I'm not a developer dealing with embedded code. I hoped it would have been a config file you edit and that's it. Can you please continue to share your progress as this would greatly help me and I'm sure many other frustrated owners of the RAK 811 tracker. Thank you

Just one question: on the Heltec Lora module, are you using the default LoRa sender ? ... if "yes", the global behavior is the one expected. The Heltec send Lora frame, not LoRaWan.
TTN expects LoRaWan frames, with all the needed settings (e.g.: APP EUI, DEV EUI, ... )
So, now, let the gateway "as is"
(on the RPI, if you look at syslog :

I think there is some problem with the rak811 firmware.
As you can see in the following image, only one of every two messages is really sent in the 868.1 freq; in other words, one message is sent properly, but the following message is always sent a bit drifted.
I am just start to use RAK439, I never used the API or SDK before.
I want to connect RAK439 to PIC32MX(SPI), use the interrupt and send 1~2 [mbps] data to the single PC(I can use any type of protocol/s but I think UDP might be the fastest)
Would you please explain to me how to use the incorporate functions in (API/SDK) in MPLAB X (I mean how to access to those functions?!)
Is there any IDE for programming(flashing) RAK439? for example I use Eclipse to program ESP32, how could I program RAK439 (CC3200 chip)? should I download any IDE from Texas?

Can you confirm if the connection diagram shared by @harry worked ? Also once the arduino IDE shows upload success, can you check what comes up in the serial prompt. You should see the Ameba driver log output, can you share the log output here if you still see the disk eject issue
Sure (see below) - I double checked it, it's exactly as displayed on your picture.
Meanwhile I added an Arduino for the serial communication & reset connection - now the flashing works again in ~80% of the cases. I still assume the Creator PRO Board has something broken... Anyway, I can say the flashing problem is SOLVED (for now).
